Bruno Muhindi is a senior finance professional with over 18 years of experience in the banking industry.
He serves as Head of Finance at KCB Bank Uganda Limited, a role he has held since 2017. Over the course of his career, he has accumulated extensive leadership experience at NC Bank Uganda Limited and dfcu Bank Uganda Limited, where he held various senior finance and management roles. Bruno is recognised for strengthening financial governance frameworks, enhancing balance sheet discipline and driving sustainable financial performance. He brings strong expertise in financial strategy, regulatory reporting and institutional stewardship, with a proven ability to align financial management to long-term business growth. His leadership has contributed to operational efficiency, prudent cost management and strengthened financial oversight.
He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also serves as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the KCB Bank Uganda Staff Provident Fund.
