Vincent Nyangweso is Head of Operations with over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. In his current role, he provides strategic oversight of the Bank’s operations, service delivery and process excellence agenda, ensuring operational efficiency and a strong customer experience framework.
Prior to joining KCB Bank Uganda, he held senior management roles at Allied Bank International (now Bank of Africa), with oversight of branch operations, customer experience and risk management. He is recognised for strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery standards and driving innovation within complex banking environments. He brings deep expertise in banking operations, risk governance and business development.
