Willies Arnold Ochola is a senior Technology professional with over 18 years of experience leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation and large-scale IT operations within the banking sector.
He serves as Acting Head of Information Technology at KCB Bank Uganda Limited, providing strategic leadership across technology infrastructure, digital platforms, cybersecurity and systems governance. He has held key leadership roles within KCB, driving technology modernisation, strengthening IT risk and operational resilience frameworks and aligning digital capability to business growth and innovation priorities. He is passionate about advancing digital transformation, building high-performing technology teams and leveraging innovation to enable sustainable organisational growth.
Willies holds a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation from Nexford University (USA), a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Kenya) and has completed Executive education in Lead the Future at INSEAD Business School (France). He also holds several accredited professional certifications.
